The sight of Mayon Volcano was very much part ...Hi! The sight of Mayon Volcano was very much part of our childhood, from postcards to notebook cover to Phil scenic-themed calendars. So in that sense, we can probably say that we "grew" up easily with a "mindset" photo of Mayon Volcano. BUT, BUT, BUT, nothing of all that I mentioned prepared me when I was finally gazing at it, while standing beside that equally famous church tower (whose name eludes me at the moment!). MAJESTIC & PROUD. Those were the only words that came to mind. Nothing truly prepares you with just how beautiful the daragang Mayon is!
